We’re always working to ensure you receive our emails seamlessly. Over the past six months, we’ve maintained an impressive 99.2% email deliverability rate. However, some challenges with certain email providers, like Outlook and Hotmail, showed us there was room to improve.

To address this, we’ve moved to a dedicated IP address for all of the emails we send. Unlike our previous shared IP, which faced some restrictions from certain providers, the dedicated IP gives us better control and reliability when delivering emails.

This change means you can count on even more consistent communication from us moving forward.
